Super Simple Homemade Salsa

  • 1/4 sweet onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed
  • 4 medium tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 tomatillo, quartered
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine onion, garlic, and jalapeño in food processor, blend until finely chopped.
  2. Next, add tomatoes, tomatillo, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Pulse until chopped to desired consistency.
