Kristen has been such an integral part of my self-care journey over the past 8 months. Before starting this healthy lifestyle I felt embarrassed, exhausted, self-conscious, and ashamed of the person I had become. From the very first meeting I had with Well Balanced Nutrition, I knew that I had made the best decision for myself. Kristen has not only helped me see and appreciate my beauty (inside and out!), she has been a constant support during the highs and lows. Kristen truly listened to what I needed and what would work for me on a daily basis. Together we created a manageable approach to meal planning & exercising that has helped me reach my goals! Kristen is amazing to work with on my journey to getting healthy. I had never worked with a nutrionist before and didn't realize how valuable their knowledge is. They give you the tools, support, encouragement to allow you to achieve your goal in a postive and reassuring manner.

What a great experience it has been working with Lucy! I've really enjoyed the newsletters and the group health challenges and workshops on interesting topics like meal prep. But more than that, the individual sessions have been life-changing. Lucy has helped me discover habits that are impacting my health, and given me reasonable tools to change these habits. I appreciate that she approaches health and nutrition in a holistic manner and discourages strict diets and regimens. Lucy is like a really encouraging friend that happens to know a lot about health and nutrition! I would recommend Well-Balanced Nutrition to anyone wanting to address a specific nutrition concern, eat healthier, or even just wanting healthy recipes and tips for meal planning.

My experience with Lucy at has been nothing short of perfection. Lucy's approach is holistic. It's been a year long journey with a focus of co-creating what makes sense during this season of life. I've tried several fad diets that were temporary solutions. Lucy encouraged me to truly "ditch the diet" and slowly improve my overall health- mind, body and spirit.

What began as a push to eat well and to get in shape, turned into a journey of self-discovery, a deep analysis of my self-imposed barriers, figuring out better ways to tap into my inner motivations, and so much more. I had great "aha!" moments, and many good sustainable changes came out of working with WNB. The experts at Well balanced Nutrition did a fantastic job with their counseling, which went far beyond just physical health matters.
